This includes the 10 mods, and the extra six are patches/plugins.

You'll notice this load order is a little more than 10 mods, 16 to be exact. This is my first of these load orders: 10 mods that change skyrim massively.

So i decided to change to making smaller load orders with rules/challenges, such as a maximum of 10 mods, a load order consisting of just a single mod author's mods (arthmoor or tarshana for example) and so on. I have been building a lot of stacked load orders, often with the same ones over and over, which is most likely why i have been a little underwhelmed recently. Recently though, i have been feeling a little bored with skyrim. For the past 4 years i have discovered new parts of the game through mods. I have sunk thousands of hours in, and have always been entertained. I have been playing skyrim religiously since 2013.
